Q. Do I need to be home for your services?
A. No. You do not need to be at home to have your bins cleaned. We clean your bins on your trash pickup day. As long as your bins are on the curb, we'll clean them right there at no inconvenience to you.

Q. Why should I have my bins cleaned?
A. We not only clean your bins, but we disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them as well. We use water temps of approximately 200 degrees fahrenheit which rids them of 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Additionally, we spray down the outside of the can including the parts most often touched such as the lid and handle. Our state-of-the-art system effectively reduces health hazards such as Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria.

Q. Do you only clean trash bins?
A. No. We clean trash, recycle, and yard waste bins. We recommend cleaning all three, due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that can build up on all types of bins.

Q. What areas do you service?
A. We currently provide residential bin cleaning services to Cedar Falls, Iowa. Let us know if you are outside of our service area, we have plans to broaden our service area in the 2024 cleaning season.

Q. How do I update my payment information?
A. Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the right edge of your screen. Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab that appears on the landing page. Under ACTIONS you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

Q. How do I pay for an order that's listed in my account as UNPAID?
A. Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the right edge of your screen. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile. Notice that all of your orders are displayed on this page. Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Q. How do I know my bins have been cleaned?
A. After every cleaning session we will place a strip of blue painters tap on the front of the lid to signal we have been by to clean your bins.

Q. What time will my bins be cleaned?
A. Your bins will be cleaned on your trash pickup day. We ask that you keep your bins out curbside until 6:00 pm to ensure we can service all of our customers.
